It was during an
unlikely day in October of this year while passing by a building near Shopwise
Antipolo. What caught my eye was a big picture of Hello Kitty posted outside that
building and what seemed like a boutique.
At first, I thought it was another Kitty store, so I got
curious and went upstairs heading to the door. As I reached the place, I saw a
tarpaulin sign saying “Momsie Kitty Spa and Slimming Salon” with a very cute
Hello Kitty fairy pictured on it! The picture looked so enticing and inviting I
had to come in thinking the place would really make a good one for me! Am I in for a treat!

Which was why when I was handed the rate card, I chose to treat
myself to a manicure and pedicure
session. I too was handed color choices
for cuticles stored in cute Hello Kitty bottles.
Then commenced the Kitty-cle session!
While having my nails done, I got eye-candied by their
facilities. From the large Hello Kitty
face mirror to the two-way Kitty-faced door for the massage area carved in
wood; from the Hello Kitty face shaped arch hovering the long sofa to the
nitty-gritty stuff, say the clock, ballpens, slippers, door mat and even the
uniforms of the service crew were all Hello Kitty inspired that made me so
amused!
I have never felt so relaxed and ecstatic that it made me an
instant fan girl, so fan girl that I took many pictures of each facility, all
in their best angle!
The price I paid was all worth it; having my nails done, the comfort
and friendliness I felt even for a few hours proved my stay at Momsie Kitty Spa
and Slimming Salon to be very worthwhile. By the way, they also offer discount
cards, Hello Kitty merchandise and even offer the place for a Hello Kitty
birthday party!
